Guest Guidelines at Reshape Body Bar
Please turn your ringer to vibrate mode. For everyone's safety, privacy, and comfort, please keep phones and cameras in a locker or with your things when in the Forge community arena. In private rooms, please feel free to take selfies and post them on your social media. Be sure to tag @reshapebodybar. Who knows, you might win a prize or something!
Please rinse off before entering any sauna, steam room, or soaking area. This helps maintain a clean and comfortable experience for everyone.
We invite conversation, but ask that voices remain calm and respectful, especially in community areas. This is a space designed for relaxation and recovery.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Guests are welcome to bring a non-glass water bottle to stay hydrated.
Complimentary HYDROGEN water refill stations are available throughout the facility. If you forgot your water bottle at home, no worries, you can purchase a Reshape Water Bottle at the front desk!
Please place a towel down before sitting in the saunas in the community and private rooms. Also, a friendly reminder to place your dirty towels in the designated areas when done using the sauna(s)
For safety and comfort, we recommend wearing provided slippers in sauna areas, as floors may be hot or slippery.
Slippers should not be worn in pools or soaking areas.
Please use designated towel hooks when not actively using your towel.
Reshape Body Bar is a shared wellness space. We ask all guests to be mindful of personal boundaries and respectful of others’ experiences.
Excessive physical affection, disruptive behavior, or anything that may make others uncomfortable is not permitted. Friendly conversation is welcome, just keep it respectful and appropriate.
To ensure the best treatment experience, we recommend exiting sauna or steam areas at least 15 minutes before your scheduled service. This allows your body temperature to normalize prior to treatment.
All practitioners must be treated with professionalism and respect. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the facility.
For the safety of all guests, individuals who appear visibly intoxicated or under the influence of substances will not be permitted to use the facilities.
Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave without refund. Please drink responsibly and prioritize your well-being.
